Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Jonny N Guys, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping for premium leather products. Please review our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation terms before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Undamaged
• Free from wrinkles, stains, odors, or signs of use
• In resellable condition
• Returned with the original packing slip and packaging where applicable

Customers can explore our latest leather jackets and outerwear before requesting an exchange for another style or size.

Jonny N Guys reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected by Jonny N Guys, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Black Friday & Cyber Monday Orders

Orders placed during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotional period from November 6 to December 3 are not eligible for cash refunds.

However, eligible products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days of delivery.

You can use eligible store credit toward another product available in the Jonny N Guys online store.

Customized & Personalized Products

Customized, made-to-measure, personalized, embroidered, or specially manufactured products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For eligible custom jackets, one complimentary alteration may be provided where applicable.

Factory Seconds & Gift Cards

All Factory Seconds products and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing any final-sale product from Jonny N Guys.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective due to an error by Jonny N Guys.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

For help with a return, customers can reach our customer support team before sending the product back.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Jonny N Guys within 2 working days of delivery.

Please provide your order details along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue so our team can review your claim and provide the appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order, provided production, dispatch, or customs processing has not already begun.

Cancellation may not be possible:

• After the order has been dispatched
• After customs clearance or shipping processing has started
• For customized or personalized products already in production
• For urgent or time-sensitive orders where production has already commenced

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Right to Refuse

Jonny N Guys reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order, return, refund, or exchange where the order or returned product does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.
