Once production has started, customization details may not be changeable.

Customized, personalized, embroidered, made-to-measure, or specially manufactured products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law or where Jonny N Guys confirms a manufacturing defect or error.

Eligible custom jackets may receive one complimentary alteration where applicable under our return and alteration terms.

• After production of a customized product has started
• For urgent or time-sensitive orders already in production

14. Shipping and Delivery

18. Black Friday & Cyber Monday Orders

Orders purchased during the Jonny N Guys promotional period from November 6 through December 3 are not eligible for cash refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Eligible items may instead qualify for:

• Exchange, or
• Store credit

within 60 days of delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions.

19. Factory Seconds and Gift Cards

Products identified as Factory Seconds and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by law.
